"This is an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Moses is awesome and greets you with a smile every time he sees you. The bar is convenient, although the drinks are very expensive outside of happy hour. There is wildlife all around the hotel, from three different species of monkeys to scarlet macaws, to iguanas and frogs. It's in a great location within walking distance from anything you might need. Highly recommend. "

"Fantastic resort! Everything was beyond expectations. The grounds and pools are gorgeous with amazing views and food is always super fresh and delicious. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and friendly - especially Pablo, Jordan, Jackie, Roberto, Jaffeth. Parador is a very special place that made us feel like we are part of their family. Hope to return soon!"

"Nice room with amazing views. Huge accessibility to outside from the room. The first morning I went to find the breakfast that was advertised as included and the owner told me that they only serve breakfast during “high season” and that starts next week. He told me he had an argument with another guest about the same thing and he said “I don’t play that game”. I’m not sure what game that is, but I call it false advertising. Later in the day we went to use the microwave and there was a coffee cup inside that had been there growing fungus for who knows how long. When we took the cup to the owner, he scolded his cleaner in front of us. I find that to be unprofessional. Did I mention the front of the building was under heavy construction. Lastly, we inquired about a longer stay because we like the location and the room and he quoted us full price for an extension. One would think they would want to do something or anything to make up for the mishaps, but that did not happen. We packed up and went elsewhere for the rest of our vacation. Good room, poor customer service."

"Rooms are very large and very clean. Beds are very firm. Nice balcony! The food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the young man who took us to our room, was probably new and overloaded the elevator and broke it. The other staff rescued us quickly. There are iron spiral staircases, which we used the remainder of stay, being very careful because it was raining. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Close to Manuel Antonio national Park. "
