"Darlene “Dar” was #1 at check in and on check out. She keeps the hotel rolling!! At breakfast we chose a different 1-4 options each morning to see the difference. Each one was great, if I had to choose I’d select the pancakes with scrambled eggs. Room was always clean each day when we returned from our daily venture. Dont miss the happy hr by the pool in the garden from 4-6. "

"The property in on steep land, but transportation is available 24/7 via golf cart and the staff respond quickly. There are many amenities. First, the concierge staff are top notch. Johansy made sure all of our needs were met and she went above and beyond to do so. For example, when we found out the mini bar service was no longer offered, she helped us order snacks and drinks to be delivered from a grocery store to have in our room. I saw more wildlife here than on all of the nature tours I went on put together. I saw 3 different types of monkey, iguanas and lots of birds including the striking fiery-billed toucan. "
