"I will not stay here again. The chain lock on the door was broken, and no one was available to repair it. The television also did not work. A gentleman from the front desk came to assist, but he was unable to fix the issue. We were then informed that the only person who could repair it was at a party and would not be available until 11:00 p.m. The shower head barely produced any water, making it nearly impossible to shower comfortably. "Clean, confy, totally updated room and bathroom. Too cold for the pool, but looked nice, and a lovely view of the Barrens"

"The room was clean. The bathroom was extremely small. The front screen door couldn’t close. The bed was super soft - hard to get a goods night sleep. Parking was alright tight spaces. The staff on call was excellent helpful in answering questions and polite. All in all it was good for the money spent if just spending limited time. Like they say you get what you pay for!! We stayed only one night!"

"A/Cs are old and made a lot of noise! So it's difficult to keep it ON at night. And also, beds, at least the queen one we have in our room, clearly have the shape of people sleeping there in one side, so you kind of sunk in that; it's not very pleasant to sleep in"

"The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115."

"Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The building is quite old, but appears to be maintained within reason. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. For the price, I cannot complain!"

"Great that it’s across the street from the beach. Plants on their front porches need some TLC and clean up around the floor where they sit. Old hotel with thin walls and floors, could hear everything on the floor above us. Otherwise, nicely decorated, clean bathroom. I would stay again, but on the top floor."
