This is definitely one of the cleanest hotels in point Pleasant in New Jersey. I want to say, and the staff is one of the nicest staff you could ever get they’ll do anything in the world for you.

As soon as we got there and we’re greeted by the front desk woman, she was so rude to us. She proceeded to run down the rules like we were children. I told her she could be a little nicer, and then a small And she told me she never smiles. Then my sister went into the bathroom and took a shower, and she got locked in there. I could not get her out. It took them 20 minutes to get her out. She almost had a panic attack and the woman was still rude to me because I had to go and get her and bother her it took her and the maintenance man to undo the handle on the bathroom to get her out instead of apologizing she just walked away. I will never stay there again, so unhappy with our stay.

Rooms are nice and comfortable, the complex feels a little bit impersonal. Negatives Wi-Fi is not very reliable and it is slow and I need to work from my computer so I need a perfect Wi-Fi. Big positive Front desk is opened 24 seven after midnight and a staff member who stays next-door is available to check you in after midnight I work very long hours and this is very important to me. Thank you.
