"Manager very attentive upgraded rooms because of an issue with air conditioning. Small fridge would have been a bonus but everything we needed in all our rooms, extra water and condiments in hallway. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Restaurant was 10/10. The only disheartening incident was being refused Scottish bank notes, it is legal tender, definitely not the welcome we expected. Scotland is still part of the United Kingdom."

"The hotel was lovely all round from the staff, the food and the marquee. The breakfast and buffet food were really nice. We were given a room next to the marquee which was a great location for us as we attending the wedding reception. The room was lovely and even had a fenced private patio’s area accessed directly from the roof through French doors which was an unexpected surprise. The grounds are also lovely. "Fabulous stay. Lovely, spacious, spotless twin room with very clean, modern en suite. Everywhere is extremely clean and very well maintained. Plenty of parking and a fantastic outside area for sunny days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Generous meal portions and absolutely delicious! We joined in the quiz night and were even greeted warmly (and helped!) by the locals. We will definitely be staying again!"

"Michael at reception was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed with regards to my room and food/drink. My room was clean, very peaceful and had a good sized desk and office chair so I was able to work during my stay. Food was nice and generous portions. The air con was fantastic in this hot weather.
