"Friendly staff, good pub attached with good food. Breakfast was tasty but did take a while to arrive (30mins). Room was clean, but tired and in need of some repairs (bathroom doorframe and main light fittings). Good place for an overnight stop."

"The Property was modern and clean, and when we booked, we knew it was a country hotel. The grounds looked lovely and well maintained, but due to the weather, we didn't get to enjoy a walk around them. We arrived earlier than expected, at 1.30pm, and the reception staff were very good and allowed us to check in early. "Very clean room and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Shower is a bit of a dribble and you need to bring your own soap or shower gel. No breakfast but there's options just around the corner. A great pub with lots of beers on offer from their own brewery. I'd happily go back."

"One night stay, room(plum porter) much bigger than photos , clean comfy and in keeping with the building. Staff very friendly, beer spot on food good. We didn't want breakfast as we were going for lunch, just. Suited us. Lovely little village, church peaceful, sound of the bells chiming, like going back in time.
