"This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in . The receptionists and the room boy were exceptionally good . They have prepared everything we need prior to our arrival . The bathrooms were so neat and they even provided the almond oil . I have stayed with my mom and I felt quite safe at this place . Highly recommended especially for women looking for a safer place . "Hey its an Indian hotel, so its much lower than western style hotels. My first night i was put in a new room on the other side of the alley. Next might back to the main hotel. The rooms were so different, first was new & clean, second was old & dirty!"

"Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. "

"The images of the property are very much deceiving, it is the worst property I can say, rooms are dirty, washrooms are leaky, no clean towels no amneties, so much of mosquitoes around, the property is exactly opposite of what shown in pictures"

"The room was very small and dirty. Full of cigarette cans, requested to clean the room multiple times no one responded. Full of mosquitoes. No water in the tap in the sink. My room was in 4 th floor and the lift is not in service, ac was set in 16 degrees and no remote was provided even after requesting multiple times. Very pathetic service, pathetic hotel. Don’t recommend this to anyone "
