Staff are all very helpful and courteous. The cheapest room is a spacious 32 sqm. Bathroom is simple, functional. Really enjoyed tihis no-non-sense hotel

The property itself is in excellent condition with excellent security, front desk, housekeeping staff and robust internet connection. The hotel is located in a crowded block with a mix of business and entertainment establishments. It is, however, only a half block away from a huge Robinson's Mall where there is an abundant choice of eating places, shopping and other services. It is also within walking distance of several tourist destinations like Manila Bay, Rizal Park and others. It, likewise, is close to the US, Japanese and other embassies.

I was impressed that they will clean my room everyday. And will also provide soaps and shampoos and of course new towels. The bed is also nice and comfortable with clean pillows. The location is so close to a big mall where you can shop and eat. Plus all staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff know how to please guests. They are all poite, from the guard to the receptionkst to the bellhop. The rooms are old but evoke classic hotels of old Malate

Room was nothing like the picture, extremely noisy road noise, terrible condition. Plenty of hot water though and the food was very good. Service was excellent.

Stayed here 3 times whilst travelling through Manila. Doesn't look much from the outside yet the rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the staff very helpful. Excellent location too.

Excellent service and great people.
The service was great. All staffs from doorman, reception, room service and cafe workers are extremely nice. The room was clean, only down side is the aorcond was a bit noisy. Other than that, I will rate it 10/10 for what you paid for. Strongly recommended.

At first look the room are huge and king bed, but the bathroom big is a tall tub and unsafe get in and out and everything gets wet, No handles to help with balance. The breakfast is not for Americans at all and at night the dinning room has 2-4 people they play this loudest music that you could never enjoy dinner. It is on a busy street and nowhere around to eat. I moved to another place after three days. House keeping is hit or missed . They missed cleaning my room and I called the front dest and they still never showed up. Good thing I brought a clean towel I found a condo in Mango Square for half and it has frig and a way to reheat or cook,, walk in shower tons of places to eat and if you are looking for company lots of that here. The people as everywhere in the Philippines are great I have been here many times and this time I sold everything moved here for good.

This was my first time stay here and I would again. So walkable to Robinson mall and if you like the girls and clubs they are everywhere. Cheap rides everywhere but you have to know when your being coned, but that is every tourist spot. Love Manila and will be back

Exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean and large. Refrigerator and a/c working fine. Water pressure perfect, hot water at all times. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended, guest friendly hotel. I will be back.
