Amazing in Manila
Very helpful and friendly staff. I traveled during the corona virus lock down in Manila, and the staff was very helpful with my concerns with where to get food and necessities.

I was cheated out of my money by this hotel. The Expedia app had a glitch and it double-booked my room and they told us so but they told us they would not refund the extra room that was booked buy expedia's malfunction. Even after Expedia contacted them they said they would refund the money but they never did and now Expedia cannot get a hold of them. They are very dishonest and you should never stay here unless you want the same treatment. I would expect that Expedia would give me the refund anyways since it was their websites malfunction and they are supposed to represent me as their customer but I have called them a number of times now and spent over five hours on the phone waiting and still I have gotten nowhere. At this point I realized that Expedia and this hotel have work together to cheat me out of my money. Very dishonest

The room was no water heater, the sink was clogged, filthy with small cockroaches, that’s why we have to move to another room.. No parking for customers “first come first serve.”Staffs do not know how to greet costumers”I said Good morning to them) but no one answered me. Won’t come back anymore.

That added two nights in different room type. Checked out of old room at 12 , and even though the new room was ready, was told I could not get the room till 2pm. I would understand if the room was not clean, but clerk said it was, just could not check in. Not a good policy. You should accommodate your guest. Especially if they just added two more nights I could’ve stayed somewhere else.

Property did not clean our room during our 3 night stay despite multiple requests. At check out, we were charged for additional fee for a stain on their towel. Another guest checking out was charged for a stain on their sheets. Cheap room price but they rip you off at check out.

For this incident, I was able to nicely talk to you personally and had explained the minimal charged on the stained towel which our staff tried to wash by themselves to check if it can be removed but the stain was absorbed even at the reverse side of the towel as explained, the amount charged was just fair enough to pay our laundry partner for a possibility that the stain could still be removed. FYI. We have a lot of room attendant to do housekeeping its impossible that you were not served. At any rate, we apologize on this. God bless your heart! The Management

Very convenient to everything. Accessible to the place I want to go just walkable to St Lukes. Big beds. I wish the hot shower was working it would have been perfect for me and my kids. But like the whole place. Near to Robinsons we walked there for dinner.

It's one of the cheapest room i've found that is very close to SLEC. The room was so spacious, bed was fine it was very comfy to sleep, i couldn't hear so much noise outside which is good. It's very close to st. Luke medical extension too which is i like. Very close to everything robinsons 5mins walk, fastfood, mini stop, puregold and bank. Just they need to impoved maybe they must offer breakfast from their own kitchen, although u can call food for delivery. And also NO bottle water for free. But they have mini ref so u can just buy food outside.
