"When I got there they set me up at the 11th floor. Once I got to my room the WiFi had poor connection and no bathroom towels. I called the front desk. What I was told there is no bathroom towels I had to wait after 8pm for some towels. Well I did see housekeeping cleaning a room and I asked them for some towels and they happily gave me some towels....the constant WiFi issues I requested a room change...the front desk did change rooms for me ended up at the fifth floor. From there no television signal. I gave up. I lasted there 4 days. Annoyed. But it was fine only reason because the convenience of the moa mall...."

"Great location for the airport, but a disappointing end to our holiday After watching positive YouTube reviews, we expected much more from this hotel. Considering we started our Philippines holiday at a beautiful 5-star hotel at Newport, ending our trip at the Belmont was a real letdown and didn't feel like good value for money. The room itself was clean but it was a disappointment overall—the bathroom was tiny, and the towels were old and small. The buffet breakfast was also a major letdown; they ran out of food and plates, and the floor staff weren't attentive at all despite there being plenty of them around. On the positive side, the staff we interacted with—from reception, housekeeping to the porters—were great. The best part of the hotel is definitely its proximity to the airport via the Runway Manila skybridge. The luggage service was seamless: one porter took our bags to the entrance of the walk bridge, and another took over to wheel them right to the terminal entrance. If you strictly need a clean place to sleep with effortless Terminal 3 access, it fits the bill—just don't expect 5-star comfort or a great breakfast to close out your trip."

"first, I want to say that breakfast was great, there were several options for everyone. Do not let the pictures they have n the website fool you, the rooms need total renovation, the bathrooms peels, moldy and plenty of roaches everywhere, there's nothing the staff can possibly do, they tried. There are two buildings across from each other, I stay at the one located 7870 Durban St."
