Dirty, cockroaches were eveywhere. The stench of pesticide is overbearing. I had a headache after 3 days of stay because of the pesticide. They never clean the room. Terrible, terrible. The smell of the air freshener in the bathroom is overbearing.

The place is convenient and walkable to some restaurants and other stores.the unit that I stayed is infested with roaches especially when u open the fridge. The unit is spacious.

The property is close to several fast food and other restaurants. The New World Resorts is less than a mile away and is easily walkable. It is also only a few minute's drive to BGC, MOA, and NAIA Terminal 3.

The staff was not accommodating. The room was filthy, over-abundance of cockroaches, walls,shower, ceilings, mirrors, kitchen area were all completely unkempt. Many itemsin the room like the washer and dryer, shelving, lights, and much more were broken and did not work. When we asked the staff to clean the room... the caretaker laughed and walked away. Beyond the convenience to dining, shopping and the airport... do not stay here.

The staff was wonderful, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable but the television remote worked when it wanted to and the street surrounding was very loud at all times. I understand this is not the managements fault but made sleeping a little difficult.

Very nice place for the evening. Great value with just enough around to get what you need for travels. The pool area didn’t catch much sun and the room wasn’t super clean, but good enough. I’ll stay again when getting in late to MNL.

The location was very good. The staff provided prompt service. The room we were assigned to had cockroaches. The shower drain was clogged and easily flooded the whole bathroom floor. The overall condition of the property looked old and need new furniture, linens, blankets and towels.

There were a number of things about this property that disappointed me, namely; the tv remote didn’t work so I couldn’t watch tv, the only cutlery available was a few spoons, there was dust everywhere especially on the bed headboard, the plastic seals on the toothbrushes were both broken and one of the staff just entered my room without even knocking

The bed was horrible, finding the place was not easy if your not from here. The staff at the front desk are lazy, and talk theough their masks making it hard to understand them. On expedia ot says they provide shuttle to the aorport for a surcharge and when i asked they said just call a cab.
