We could not stay at the hotel, dirty and stained linens and towels. Mattresses, pillows are old. We decided to leave after checking in.

Fantastic Location

The hotel and staff are awesome. The breakfast buffet on rhe 12th floor is kickin. Tje suite was priced right and very spacious room. Just two things to note. A very nosiey a/c unit in our room rattling while cooling every 20 minutes. Tried to fix with zero success. Other thing to note is the hotel is going thru some kind of cable company dispute so my two flat screen tv s were useless and very boring without some cable or satellite. Just sayin'

Much better than before !

Second time to stay in this hotel on Jan 2020. Last visit was on Sep 2019. The suite was spacious and cozy. The bed was big and comfortable. The toilet was clean, had bidet, decent shower pressure and some toiletries. The mini bar had drinks and snacks (paid). Free tea/coffee/water. Great room overall. The staff especially the house-keeping crew were all excellent and amazing. Check-in was smooth and without hassle. Check-out on 19 Jan at 0900 hrs took a while disappointingly but its not a deal breaker. Hopefully its a one-off. The Air Conditioning was much better than last time. It was quieter and gets cooler real quick.The restaurant food was also waaay better than before. I've enjoyed the meal. Hopefully it maintains. Would I stay there again ? Definitely. Thanks much.

Family getaway

We’ve stayed here several times and although a large portion has been renovated, it is more of a cozy little “hole in the wall” type of place but that is fine by me. We had two complimentary breakfast with our reservation but with 7 of us in our three bedroom unit and the cost for the remaining five to join us for breakfast, we decided to pass. Maybe they should adjust price for the amount of persons included in the reservation. It would be nice if they would install cooking facilities and not just allowing for rent. We actually had another hotel reservation but changed it to accommodate another person which our existing reservation would not allow. Still, we have enjoyed Fernandina 88 as it is the hotel which we stayed at when my wife and I first met in person. It has great proximity to shopping, food and transportation. Will still consider them when we come to Manila. The prices are always great and the buffet breakfast (which we didn’t use) was always pretty good.

Location is pretty vlose to walk in my appointment mall,& restaurants. Things i dont like can't sleep aircondion machine is old ,you need to unplug to have a quiet sleep and relaxing.room is bit warm temperature if aircondition is not running.need to fix.overall i am happy and satisfied.

Our hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was big enough for us. The staff was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Good location. It was very convenient and the hotel was just right across shopping malls. They have a swimming pool if you want to take a quick dip with your kids. Superb buffet breakfast. Overall, we had a nice stay. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. We will surely comeback.

Decent Stay !!

The hotel is located near malls, business centers, 7-11, great restaurants etc. The neighborhood is safe. Great for a good night sleep. The suite was spacious and cozy. The bed was big and comfortable. The toilet was clean, had bidet, decent shower pressure and some toiletries. The mini bar had drinks and snacks (paid). Free tea/coffee/water. Great room overall. Cons: Air Condition is dead old. There's no balcony and the street down the hotel can get really busy. You might have to wait 30 mins for your grab to reach you. No deal breaker really. The Hotel restaurant: The food here was terrible. Terrible maybe an understatement too lol its the worst I've ever eaten. For this quality hotel, we expect good food. I've had Chicken teriyaki once and the chicken was solid hard..I thought it was either burnt or left over and reheated. Next day we've ordered Spaghetti, Beef steak etc, and guess what, all of it was dead hard too. WTH lol. My jaws were tired struggling to chew the spaghetti. It tasted good but it was like trying to chew a rubber band. The knife and fork got defeated by the beef steak. It was uncuttable lol It like a whole eraser placed on a plate. Disastrous food. Even street food was better lol. Hope they do something in that kitchen. The staff- They were all excellent and amazing. The front desk, the housekeeper, especially the waiters at the restaurant, the technician were all amazing and helpful people. Top service by all the staff. keep it up.

I booked for 3 persons. We were only provided 2 towels, 2 bottled water, 2 cups. When I called the front desk the staff said we have to pay for the extra towel. There is 1 bed good for 2 persons. When I asked for an extra blanket because one of us will sleep on the sofa the staff said we have to pay for the blanket but later on changed his mind and gave us a blanket without charge but we paid for the extra towel😲😯

The hotel is in very good location. Opposite 2 big shopping centre. It is in the Araneta area where there are a lot of shops and eateries. Staff are very attentive, very helpful and very friendly. Excellent service. The hotel is old and little run down. But spacious and clean in general. Value for money.

UNWORTHY UNCLEAN UNTRUE

From the 1st day of stay till 12th day EVERYTHING was disgusting and disappointing when i say EVERYTHING i mean it! so go ahead and feel what i felt, pictures nowadays are really tricky u wouldnt know till u see personally so u know what i mean, so like i said go ahead see for urselves if u still want to stay in this hotel
