Old, worn out and overpriced

Very dated hotel, worn out furniture, much overpriced when compared to other more modern hotels nearby. The only good thing there is the breakfast.

I had to call from U.S coz I forgot a document that my parents need for the embassy. And I talked to their frontdesk and she was so helpful to print that document and hand it to my parents. Wonderul staff.

Everyone was quite nice n friendly. One thing I noticed was the dining room area was quite busy with breakfast n would be nice as soon as someone leaves the table will be cleared for the next guest. And we have to call someone’s attention to clear the table so we can eat, otherwise it was great.Just a suggestion. Employees were polite,helpful n most important: frontline were smiling. Thx.

Nice Place to Stay in Manila

The hotel is a nice place to stay while in Manila. The rooms are relatively decent, the breakfast buffet is better than most. The location is close to Robinson Place, a shopping mall for almost everything from eateries, restaurants to department stores.

This is an old hotel with some "old hotel" quaintness. The bathrooms are very small and hot water is not guaranteed. You can expect to hear noise through the windows but this isn't necessarily a negative. The neighbourhood is interesting and some may not feel safe here but it was ok for us.

On of the better Ermita options at A good price.

Nice hotel in Ermita. The rooms are in good shape but A little small. The value for the money is very good. Stayed here many times. This time was A night only booked for A friend, The friend wanted somewhere quiet to stay 1 night while her Brgy had A party. I choose Best Western La Corona. Because she had been there before and she liked the Breakfast buffet. And the hotel is easy to reach by public transportation. Hotel is close to dining and nightlife. On A busy st with lots of taxis. Walking distance to Robinson Mall.

The room is clean and big, which is great. The location is also good, many shops are around. The staff was helpful and nice. But the airconditioner was old so it was a bit noisy. Also some people were playing music and singing out side of the room at midnight.
