The rooftop's incredible view of the Empire State Building! We also were given 2 free drink coupons. 5 big pillows per bed and comfy. Lotion smelled nice. Great eats on the street. Lighting in the gym bathrooms was dark.

Location was great very close to main landmarks and train stations. Size of room was a bit small

Staff needs a lot of training because there customer service is horrible and they need to do a full maintenance check on every room after it’s been used. My shower wasn’t working as soon as I checked in.

The vibe in the hotel was chic and cool. The hotel was much smaller then appeared in the pictures posted on Expedia and online. But it was clean and friendly so we stayed. Room bar is way overpriced and even water wasn’t included in the room. Which was kind of inconvenient.

This property was amazing straight to the point I loved everything About it . Even the robe I’m a germ a fob when it comes to sleeping in the bed but I must say the bed the sheets and just about everything made me feel like I was at home. Amazing and cozy, love the shower the marble and just everting. Especially the well dressed men who work there.
