"The room was overlooking the pool which was just lovely. The pool does get busy on the weekend but it was quiet during the week.
The location near Hollywood Boulevard made it a great kickoff point for the places we wanted to visit in LA.
The staff at the hotel is very helpful and courteous. I was appreciative of their work on more than one occasion.
If I make my way back to LA I would definitely stay here."
"I don’t like the fact that you have to pay $30 he has to use the Internet and for unlimited coffee. I only stay there the night because there was a concert across the street and I didn’t wanna drive back home so late. Also, the parking $60 is ridiculous. That’s an extra $90 and need to pay. I told the staff I don’t need the Internet. My phone has Internet. I’m model is only there to spend the night. The lady in France said oh but you got unlimited coffee like if I’m dying for coffee😒 I travel a lot and I use a lot of hotels but this one I am not happy with for sure. The place is really clean. Valet is really friendly."
"Shuttle from the airport to motel 6 is not free, even though it is stated that it's free. Very disappointed when we got charged $10/person the moment you get in the shuttle."
"The hotel has no pool even though in the shifty elevators they have a sign for it. The staff was as rude as possible. They offer in room service yet when I called during hours for it, they said they don’t offer it and to come order at the bar. I went and ordered my 30$ chicken tenders kids meals that were supposed to come with drinks as well but they didn’t give me any and the gentleman at the bar was already irritated I was ordering so he walked away very quickly. No one was helpful when it came to checking in, parking, bringing my bags up. I would NEVER recommend this place."
