"They have a great marketing team because the pictures online are completely different as to when you check into your room and visit the pool. The room smelt stale. The tile was crafted. There was rust stains on the fixtures. The pool was small and did not look very clean. Very disappointing."

"Great location with super friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were really nice, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We did the s’mores package, which was such a fun touch..my daughter and I loved it and felt safe the entire time. The port was close for our cruise, and we were even able to walk to the Queen Mary. There are Lime scooters nearby and a nice walking path, which made it even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Parking was available for $45"

"Cons: No refrigerator, bed was hard, no breakfast, microwave is in the lobby, I had to go to three different floors because ice machine was not working, have to pay daily for parking unlike other hotels where you have free parking,needs to be updated.
