"The hotel is stunning and beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was also spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and the Manchester museum. The only downsides were that the hotel exterior was undergoing renovation during our stay, which meant that we weren't able to view the city from our hotel room. Additionally, parking was located across the street, so it can be tricky loading/unloading luggage. However, this would not deter me from staying at this hotel again in the future."
