Horrible experience checking In. They charged my card twice and one of the charges went through taking out 250. Woman from the front Desk said their system was down did not take my card when they did charge my card . My Room was not comfortable . Was noisy middle of the night and morning.

Our king studio suite was very clean and spacious. The pool was small but clean. My only gripe is that I was unaware of a hefty security deposit prior to check in. I think going forward it would be appropriate to make guests aware of this security deposit prior to check in.

I stayed at this hotel on my 2 day business trip. I must say the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Other then the guest over my head being very obnoxious with their noise, (which the hotel isn't to blame for) I enjoyed my time there. Just try to get the highest floor if you are going to book here and everything should be fine.

STAY AWAY!!! I have never been treated so poorly by any company in my life. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm to be told that the room type (two queen beds) we booked weeks ago was unavailable. The woman at the front desk started to see if she could help us with another room type for our family of four. That is when the manager walked over and abruptly stopped her and said she canceled our reservation an hour ago and there was nothing for us. She absolutely refused to help us. Her reasoning was that Expedia often over books room types. When I asked why wasn’t I notified sooner than an hour AFTER check-in starts, she told me that they don’t see their bookings until 3pm each day! She said Expedia should have call me to tell me it was cancelled! Canceled while we were traveling to the hotel!?!Meanwhile, the hotel had my information. The manager could have call me. The proof is the credit card charge on my account. Now I have the pleasure of not only my weekend being ruined, but fighting with the bank to have the charge removed. Hilton, how is this a way to run a business and treat your customers? All the hotels in the area were booked. We had to miss our event, turn around and drive the four hours with our two young kids back home. My family will never book any Hilton hotel again!

We stayed there two years ago and loved their rooms and breakfast. It just seemed that they were understaffed because the room was not thoroughly cleaned and the areas by the breakfast were looking like they had not been deep cleaned in a while. Also the fan in our suite was really loud and the sheets for the pull out bed didn’t seem like they were fresh. For the money, we would have liked a cleaner place. Sadly, we probably have to go elsewhere next time.
