Our stay at the Sunberk hotel.
The Sunberk hote is ideally located as a base for visiting the surrounding area. The rooms were sizeable and clean, however the bathroom was showing signs of age. The food whilst edible, wasn’t particularly inspiring, and it wasn’t very hot. Best meal of our stay was the stir fry prepared poolside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and took the time to talk to customers and answer questions about the area. The pool area wasn’t particularly big and unfortunately as it rained while we were there, it showed that there really needs to be more seating areas that can be used when it’s wet. We tried to sit upstairs but the covering let the rain water through.

The rooms were smelly and smelt stale. The dinning room was full of flys and each time you got a drink .

Great location
Fantastic location, 3 minute walk to the promenade walk and beach. Rooms and grounds are of exceptional clean standards, lovely staff, food plentiful... get what you pay for. Nice pool area and pool bar. We would return.

A Thank you to the Sunny Sunberk from two Brits
Dear all, We would love to keep this hotel a secret. However, it appears that the only nationality it remains a secret to is the British. This is a lovely little hotel with wonderful warm and welcoming staff. I can not praise the staff highly enough. The food was well presented and every attempt was made to ensure that there was as much variety available given that this is a budget hotel. They attempted to offer a different fish and meat option daily in addition to the wide range of dishes as standard, This is a budget hotel but clean and tidy and the room we were allocated was exceptional with lots of space and a lovely balcony. The rooms are well laid out amongst pretty plants and trees. The swimming pool is perfectly adequate and has the advantage of an absence of pre-laid towels at dawn. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the beach and ideal for exploring the amazing history. The hotel also offered entertainment on a number of nights and has a Hamman Spa on site. Please visit the Hammam they offer a wonderful service and it is well worth the money and they are so friendly. Lovely shops and restaurants are just a stroll away and I'm reliably informed that you need to haggle to get the bargains. A big thank you from Steve and Helen for a wonderful holiday.

decent hotel in Side...
Very good hotel that's better than it's 3* implies. This isn't a massive hotel and the slightly limited food choice reflects this - having said this we enjoyed the fresh fruit/vegi greatly. There is no 'entertainment' in the evening and this is maybe a plus/negative depending on your interests. Walk 150m and you are down onto the seafront - plenty of entertainment there... There are some big 5* plus hotels in Side - this hotel isn't one of them and it doesn't have their facilities (it does have a nice pool and pampering facilities). Very enjoyable stay.

Essen Qualität war sehr gut. Aber Ordnung ist wirklich sehr schlecht personal ist es gut und freundlich. Aber diese Platz ist es kein Hotel ich denke schon, die sind nur gleich wie Pension

Todella mahtava paikka.600 m Bussiasemalta.Minulla oli oma Bungalowi rehevässä puutarhassa.Hyvin tilaa. Oma terassi.Iso sänky.Tilava suihku.Isot vaatekaapit peileillä.Ulkona iso lintuhäkki jossa paljon eri-värisiä ja -kokoisia lintuja.Aamulla vastaan tuli jopa 2 Kania.Hyvää ruokaa.Kokit grillasivat lounaalla kanaa ja seuraavana iltana kalaa.Meren rantaan n.150m.

Fena değil.
Bir gün geçerken kaldık otel kendi standardına göre iyi tabii büyük veya orta düzey üstü beklenti yanlış ama orta düzey bir otel. Daha önce benzer otelde kaldım bence konumu iyi odalar iyi yemekler iyi geriye kalanlar için orta diyelim bir daha konaklarmıyım fiyat uygun olursa tabi ki.

Görüntü hariç yemekler ve hizmet hayal kırıklığı
Otelin görüntüsü tatlı kuşların cıvıltısı harikaydı. Fakat onun dışında başta yemekler olmak üzere , temizlik sıfır, hizmet kalitesi sıfır. Param ziyan oldu. Asla tavsiye etmem . Plastik bardaklarda kalitesiz içkiler içersiniz. Ceset modunda taze diye havuz başına getirip gösteri yaptıkları balıkları yersiniz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Yemekler sıfır derken açık büfe kahvaltı,öğle yemeği ve akşam yemeği servisi her gün yapıldı ayrıca özellikle akşam yemeklerinde açık büfeye ilave olarak show yemekleri havuz başında müşterilerimize servis edilmektedir. ,balığı canlı olarak havuz başında servis etmemizi beklemeyiniz lütfen ,balıklar sizin belirttiğiniz gibi havuz başında hazırlanıp servis ediliyor.Temizlik ile ilgili bir şikayetiniz kayıtlarda bulunmuyor, ayrıca havuz başında kırılmalardan dolayı sürekli polikarbon bardak kullanılmaktadır.Lütfen yorumlarınızı daha eleştirisel yazarsanız sevinirim.

Yemekler Harika ve Carşıya Çok Yakın
Otele ilk girdiğimizde sıcak bir karşılama bekliyorduk yalnız resepsiyonda duran arkadaş bize biraz soğuk davrandı. Garson arkadaşlar ve oda temizliğine gelen hanım gayet ilgiliydi. Gittiğimiz zamana göre olsa gerek müşterilerin çoğu Almanya vatandaşıydı. Neredeyse kendimizi otelde turist gibi hissettik diyebilirim. Oteldeki yemekler resmen şaheserdi. Buradan aşçıyı tebrik ediyorum her gün farklı yemekler farklı lezzetler bize sundu. Akşam yemeğinde farklı çeşitte tatlılar sunması gerçekten harikaydı.

Enkelt hotel med god beliggenhet
Bodde ei uke i oktober, rett før hotellet stengte for sessongen. Fornøyd med oppholdet, men ikke imponert av maten. Var lite å velge mellom, noe som kanskje skyldtes at det var få gjester på hotellet. Trivelig personale, spesielt resepsjonisten Okan, som var like blid og hjelpsom uansett tid på døgnet.
