Quaint little hotel with antiques and a lot of personal touches. The lady running it and the staff were just wonderful. It didn't appear to have any handicapped facilities but we didn't need them so i didn't ask. Wonderful location near the market, historic area and dock.

What a beautiful unique property!! The lobby and patio/pooldeck are beautifully done and very inviting. Too bad we stayed only one night. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Manaus.

Bed Bugs - dirty sheets - mildew smelling towels - dirty rugs The staff was nice, the building was unique, but the sheets, bed spread etc were not clean!

Staff spoke English and was very helpful. Very unique and fun decor! We really appreciated that when our luggage was delayed they hung on to it while we were on our river cruise.

Antique stay.
It is an antique home. It's OK. The people are friendly and the breakfast is good. Very good location to restaurant and entertainment. Hot water. We arrived very early in the morning and were accepted. Safe inside.

Centrally located with the major recommended sites within walking distance. Restaurants also near by. The central area of Manaus has seen better days. For an Amazon Cruise pickup it was ideal.

Great place to stay.
What a wonderful place this is with a beautiful breakfast provided every morning and the lady running the establishment speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable of thing to do, the hotel is close the St. Sebatian Square where there are loads of restaurants. Every Saturday afternoon local communities come to the square at 5pm and there is music and dancing, definitely a carnival atmosphere. Manaus itself is very beautiful old town and well worth visiting.

Excelente localização
Localização é ótima no centro com o Teatro Manaus na frente, varios restaurantes pertinho. O problema é o cheiro de mofo... precisa trocar o colchão e os travesseiros ! O que salva é o café da manhã, maravilhoso.

Cute boutique hotel/room. Our room was on the ground floor evident of mold in the bedroom and bathroom. Leak from the AC. Seems very dated. Room needs a good painting and other issues fixed. Amazing location, decent breakfast

Location and ambience perfect at the hotel. Stayed right through Christmas and beyond. Good quality fresh breakfast with plenty of choice. WiFi was also excellent. Front of house staff very, very helpful - Maira and George are great people and a special shout out to Kenny, a smiling friend behind the face mask who went above and beyond to sort the problems I had (none of which were connected to the hotel).

Charmant hôtel très bien situé à côté de l’opéra. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Par contre literie vraiment pas correcte : Matelas pas protégés et limite propreté, draps rapiécés , serviettes de toilette très fatiguées… Nous avons dormi dans 2 chambres différentes, une minuscule et une immense. Propreté pas de problème mais selon la chambre le séjour est très très différent… La piscine oubliez ça ! Couleur verte pas invitante. A Manaus, soit hôtel très cher, soit très moyen. Sans doute le meilleur de sa catégorie car son personnel et son emplacement sauvent le séjour.

Süßes kleines Hotel - beste Lage
Es ist ein süßes kleines Hotel und die Lage ist genial! Es ist nur 200m vom Teatro entfernt. Eines der wichtigsten Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Pool ist leider sehr klein, aber kann man durchaus nutzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles war toll im Hotel!

Vale a Localização
A localização é o ponto forte do Hotel, pelo preço que cobram deveriam escolher melhor as toalhas, roupa de cama, papel higiênico (economizar neste item acho ridículo), limpeza dos quartos tambem fucou a desejar, a casa é linda e bem cuidada mas ficou longe de ser hotel d'charme pelos itens relatados acima.

Hotel muito charmoso e muito bem localizado! Quarto 1, em frente a rua, e muito barulhento.... tem um bar na rua embaixo da janela... Os outros sao melhores... visitei varios durante a nossa estada.. Poderiam caprichar mais nas roupas de cama e banho ( toalhas muito finas e lencois com " bolinhas" no tecido...) Os jogos americanos do cafe da manha tbem precisam ser trocados... Atendimento do cafe da manha muito simpatico... Angelo e Bernadete sao muito bacanas... A recepcao foi avisada que chegariamos de madrugada, e nao nos esperaram... Tive que ligar para irem abrir... Conclusão final:bom custo beneficio

Pousada de charme no centro histórico
Um casarão antigo, transformado em uma pequena pousada com somente 8 quartos. Atendimento personalizado, quarto amplo, piscina, café da manhã de boa qualidade e excelente localização, ao lado do Teatro Amazonas. Uma otima pousada de 3 para 4 estrelas.

A decoração é linda e a casa é agradável, mas o resto deixa a desejar. Funcionários sem máscara (e alguns hóspedes também), serviço às vezes simpático mas às vezes estranho. Ducha ruim e café da manhã pode melhorar. Precisa urgente de ter medidas mais efetivas contra a COVID.
