"This property is extremely dated had terribly maintained. The customer service was shocking with much of the staff surprisingly hostile to guests and just not interested. The attitudes were simply unacceptable for any industry never mind the hospitality industry. The staff need better support and training in hospitality. "Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous."

"The escape was as peaceful and relaxing as advertised. The rooms were very private, and we loved the en-suite pool. Since the property is quite secluded, it’s ideal for couples looking to unwind rather than for those seeking nightlife or lots of activities. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and they can help arrange tours and excursions for you. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring Antigua on our own as well. Bring bug repellent, especially for the evenings. The food was excellent....
