"Close to the beach, like 300m. Large enough for a family of 3. The balcony is nicely large. Staff is friendly. Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove. "just had a fantastic 4 night stay here, with the all-inclusive package. The food was excellent, and we never had to queue too long to get drinks. The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower."
