"Close to the beach, like 300m. Large enough for a family of 3. The balcony is nicely large. Staff is friendly. Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove. "If you’re looking for a hotel in the centre of Palma this one will be hard to beat. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the location makes all the main attractions, whether sightseeing, shopping or eating out, all with a short walk. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooftop bar/pool are a memorable feature."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was also a great experience, with a wide variety of options, so I think everyone can find something they enjoy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!"

"Serena de Muro is a beautiful, brand-new hotel in a gorgeous location. Everything feels fresh, modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and the property itself is truly stunning. It has a lot of potential to become an exceptional hotel. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved, particularly when it comes to service. At breakfast, it was often very difficult to get anyone’s attention when we needed assistance. More attentive and proactive service would make a big difference, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, but it would be wonderful to have better poolside service, particularly for ordering drinks while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The pool itself was also extremely cold. I’m not sure why it isn’t heated, but adding some heat would make the pool much more enjoyable. For dinner, it would also be a nice touch if water was included with the meal rather than being an additional charge. This is a small detail but including water with dinner would feel more in line with the level of the hotel and dining experience. The food was exceptional with a wonderful variety of food. Everything was delicious and really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. One thing I would definitely encourage the hotel to expand is the activities offered throughout the day. The morning yoga class was exceptional and was one of the highlights of the stay. Adding a few more activities like this throughout the day — wellness classes, fitness, or ot"

"Buffet was very amazing , had all the things to make your dietary needs met and open til 11 very helpful! Spa was a MUST !!!! Especially after a long day of activity. Very clean property , lots of shops, restaurants, beach and pools all walking distance , we will definitely be back!"
