"We had a great time at the hotel. Great activities, pools, and facilities on offer. The entire site is well maintained and the indoor spa was a lovely bonus. The rooms were nice and clean with good aircon and our stay was quiet. The location is far from Palma but not impossible to travel with buses or taxis. Hotel breakfast was great ever making with lots of choices. Some more umbrellas near the pool beds would have been nice but that is pretty much the only criticism we could think of!"

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Der Zimmerservice war unzureichend. Am zweiten Tag kam das Reinigungspersonal erst sehr spät, und anschließend wurde das Bett sogar mit der bereits benutzten und schmutzigen Bettwäsche neu bezogen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht nicht den Mindeststandards eines Hotels. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war überwiegend sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Bereits einfache Fragen schienen zu viel zu sein. Lediglich ein Mitarbeiter...

"Sehr nett eingerichtetes Zimmer. Man sollte aber beachten, dass es keine Rezeption gibt und man früh genug den Online-Checkin abgeschlossen haben sollte. Uns wurde aber per Whatsapp durch die nette Besitzerin sehr rasch weitergeholfen. Zur Umgebung: das Zentrum von Inca ist zu Fuß perfekt erreichbar, leider ist Inca (auch Nachts) eine sehr autofreundliche Stadt."

"The only nice thing about this hotel is Sara at the front desk. Location is in the middle of nowhere, can’t walk anywhere. You can have conversations through the walls. The Cala is beautiful but not worth staying in. The beds were like rocks. I left early as this was an unpleasant stay. "

"This was a fantastic hotel. It was immaculate and in a great location. The signature suite was beautiful with 2 balconies and very spacious. The rooftop bar was stunning with spectacular views over the sea and the marina. The pool , restaurant and pool bar were all fabulous. Food at the bar was delicious and great cocktails But the stand out part of this hotel is the staff! From reception to the rooftop bar, they were on point! Super attentive and so friendly. I would highly recommend this...
