Booked very last minute, staff were nice and helpful, check in was smooth, room was very basic, smelt of cigarette smoke, nice enough area, close to the beach and town but the smell of the room is hard to get over as a non-smoker, bed was acceptable and likewise the bathroom was acceptable.

Great for a quick cheap stay near the airport. The website stated it had parking. It has street parking, which is as good as no parking in this overcrowded setting. If you need to park overnight to go to the airport, sta go somewhere else.

The hotel is located approximately 1 km from the S'Arenal beach. The bus stop to Palma and the airport is nearby. The reception is open 24 hours. The room and bathroom are small. The room has balcony with a view to the swimming pool. The free WiFi connection is good.

Property very clean, Staff freindly and go the extra mile, only downside there wasnt a restaurant open at the hotel but that could have been the end of season time. Value for money and would definitely return thanks

That hotel is good I can say. Only problem is internet. Definitely not working. Only reception area, even there is very slow. Otherwise clean towels, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom. Pool area is nice too. First day pool water was very clean but second day was very dirty. Pool are can be much nicer with more green planting putting flower seeping and more umbrella.

Much cheaper that mist motels but Expedia only offered 2 night stays but still cheaper. Very helpful staff. Rooms are bare essentials but comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe.

Nice hotel in a dodgy neighbourhood.

Good budget hotel but avoid rooms next to lift as you will not be allowed any sleep. It is for that reason that I am giving this hotel the thumbs down. Also area is a bit dodgy with lots of funny characters!

The staff would ignore when we waiting in line also we asked for more towels as x3 in the room there was only 2 towels to dry, there one of had to use a tiny towel We reported the toilet would not flush but no one came up whilst we was in there and our room was not emptied bins at all, The stench from outside our room was basically a car park and rubbish tip
