Hotel ROC Illetas & SPA

"Here’s a polished review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Hotel ROC Illetas was absolutely perfect! We booked the Family Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our family. The full balcony offered stunning views and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding staff. Leo at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also had an issue with our door when the electronic battery died, and the IT/maintenance team responded within minutes and fixed the problem right away. Their quick response and excellent service were greatly appreciated. From the beautiful location and amenities to the attentive staff and spacious accommodations, everything about this hotel was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel ROC Illetas to anyone visiting Mallorca."

"We liked the quiet part of the adult only. Our room was a little bit loud as it was basically over the entrance, so hearing a lot of talk. As for the facilities they are good. We had the half board plan, breakfast was good but dinner was so-so. One thing I did not appreciate with the half board was the fact we had to buy the water for the dinner. I understand the part about drinks but water and your paying basically 350 euros per night."

"Our stay at Hotel Saratoga was excellent! The hotel is clean, staff is extremely helpful, and it has all of the necessary amenities, including an excellent breakfast. But perhaps the best part of staying at Hotel Saratoga was the location - situated close to everything we wanted to visit in Palma. Most things were walking distance, public transport is right around the corner, and the hotel immediately called a taxi when necessary. I would definitely recommend staying there!"

"Its ok for the price. Friendly staff, air conditioning worked etc. Its a little dated but not bad. Pool area is nice. My only negative was the mattress, it was pretty uncomfortable, 'sagging'. For that reason I couldn't have stayed longer. Other rooms mattresses might be ok though"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process, making our arrival quick and easy. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Was amazing place trendy style good times with great music and atmosphere! Food was some of the best we had definitely a foodie experience!!! Would highly recommend riding the bikes down the water an edge to the lighthouse !!!"
