"Nice room and beautiful beach area. Great staff with delicious food at both the evening and morning buffet! Unfortunately due to the time of our visit (4days before closing for the season) a lot of the bar/dining options were closed and the outdoor pool/hot tub was cold/out of service. "

"I was not able to even stay because the check-in was office and I wasn’t able to get my room combination. I had called them multiple times and texted ahead of time saying that I was going to be checking in later in the evening then proceeded to come back the next day in the morning and the checkin office was still close. I had no choice but to find a hotel that would accept me because I had all my travel baggage"

"There was an issue in that our reservation could not be found so it took a while to sort - none of this was the fault of the staff as they worked to sort us a room before resolving their issue that led to the booking being hidden from them! All turned out fine, credit to the staff who worked to sort the issue as quick as they could."
