The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We even had the Front desk manager bring us to our room and show us how everything works, really a Boutique experience the Pool was very well maintained and clean

On checking in Natasha on reception was so beautiful, her demeanour, so kind, patient and competent. The room was stunning. The technology within the room was bonus luxury, Perfect location. My only issue I had as a vegetarian was the staff offered me cooked to order options too late however this for me was a minor issue as I made good use of the fabulous gym!!!

We had a perfect stay at Aminess Younique. It is kind a luxury hotel in a beautiful city. The rooms are clean, the spa facilities are good and the food is excellent. The staff is lovely too.

The reception ladies gave us a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival, very kind and helped us immediately by finding parking and bringing our luggage to our room. The breakfast and restaurant team were outstanding! Every single meal was a delight. Staff did everything to make you feel special, welcome and eager to serve you to all your needs… good job to you all! The buffet itself was good, fresh, clean and tidy… the extra breakfast menu with different egg styles, smoothies,… one definitely looked forward to wake up and go to breakfast and same for dinner!! So why the only 3 stars??? The hotel itself is gorgeous, new, clean, cozy,… really enjoyfull to stay at and definitely a great place…. So why the only 2 stars??? Here are our reasons for the 2 stars: - just one complimentary bottle of water upon arrival that’s it. So if you’re thirsty or coming back from your daytrip with 35 degrees outside or want to take your meds you have to take a 5€ mini bottle of water out of the minibar??? We started buying our water at the next door nightshop… not done for a hotel with this standing - housekeeping was bad and needs to improve, not a 4 or 5 star hotel worthy! beds were badly and roughly made. not nice at all! at first, used glasses were left as is on the table and after having told this to the reception, glasses and cups were just rinsed in the bathroom sink and put on the table like that not even dried… Not what you’d expect when paying this price but still a good vacation!

Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Mein Partner und ich hatten ein super Zimmer, die Personalleitung hat uns sogar mit Sekt und Dessert am Whirlpool überrascht (ich hatte beim checkin kurz erwähnt, dass wir das erste Mal Urlaub ohne kinder machen) Das war sehr aufmerksam!!! Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Alles frisch zubereitet, waren absolut begeistert! Alle sehr freundlich!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine große Enttäuschung und hatte absolut nichts mit einem 5-Sterne-Hotel zu tun. Das Frühstück war karg, die Auswahl minimal, und die Qualität schlecht. Die Bar und das Restaurant schlossen schon um 22 Uhr – für ein Luxushotel völlig unangebracht. Das Zimmer wurde zweimal nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Kein frische Wäsche, kein geleerter Müll, keine gesäuberten Tische – sogar leere Flaschen blieben stehen. Bereits beim Check In an der Rezeption erhielten wir widersprüchliche Informationen von zwei Mitarbeiterinnen, was verwirrend war und unprofessionell wirkte. Viele der Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und sprachen kaum Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Die Betten waren extrem hart und klein, mit absolutem Mangel an Schlafkomfort, wie man ihn von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Selbst nachdem ein dünnes Topping über die Matratze gelegt wurde hat das kaum etwas geändert. Das Spa war an sich schön, aber in einigen Räumen roch es unangenehm. Deutlich spürbar war auch ein Personalmangel: Mehrmals mussten wir nachfragen, damit die Minibar aufgefüllt oder das Zimmer gemacht wurde – selbst einfache Aufgaben wurden nicht erledigt. Insgesamt hatte unser Aufenthalt nichts mit der Luxusqualität eines 5-Sterne-Hotels zu tun. Dieses Hotel verdient meiner Meinung nach maximal 3 Sterne und sollte keinesfalls als 5-Sterne-Hotel geführt werden.

Liegt an super Lage, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet sehr grosse Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Wir waren äusserst zufrieden. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat war, dass keine Park Möglichkeit vorhanden war, da die Garage voll war. Haben dann beim grossen öffentlichen Parkplatz parkiert und mussten für knapp 2.5 Tage 100 Euro dafür bezahlen.

Hotel nuovissimo e bellissimo..Camera super accogliente,zona piscina Spa e palestra ineccepibili..Dal piano superiore dove queste strutture si trovano si gode un panorama incantevole sulla bella cittadina di Crikvenica e sul porto..Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.. Che dire? Un weekend super..!!!
