Wenn man Pech hat bekommt man ein sehr altmodisches, kleines Zimmer aus den 80er. Die Bilder spiegeln nicht den Zustand des Hotels wieder, ausgenommen Poolbereich. Sehr altbacken, in die Jahre gekommen und dementsprechend viele Bereiche sehr abgeranzt. Rezeptionspersonal ist freundlich. Restaurantbereich nicht sehr einladend, eher Kantinen artig. Definitiv kein 4* Standard!

Zimmer: sind völlig veraltet, ein Stil wie vor 30 Jahren, Amaturen und Duschköpfe sind komplett desolat, Innenseite der Duschkabine ist schimmlig, der Staub fällt aus dem Entlüfter des Badezimmers förmlich heraus, der Handtuchtrockner funktionierte nicht, Mistkübel im Zimmer wurde nicht täglich entleert, Badeschlapfen sind billigst produziert und waren viel zu klein Frühstück: das Buffet ist komplett in Ordnung, dafür das Personal unfreundlich. In der Früh grüßt kein Menschn, nicht einmal wenn das Personal zum Tisch kommt um abzuservieren. Auf den Internetplattformen werden die Wellness-Facility's angepriesen doch diese entpuppten sich mehr als Reinfall. Der beheizte Außenpool ist zwar schön gelegen, allerdings hat dieser im April nur 27 Grad, der "Innenpool"ist minimal klein und dient mehr dem Hinein - und Hinausschwimmen. Im Innenbereich - wo sich der "Ruhebereich" befindet, ist es, bedingt durch die vielen Kinder, deren Spaßerei und dem damit verbundenen, dementsprechenden Lernpegel, ist es unglaublich laut. Hier kann man trotz der Tafel des Lärm- und Sprechverbotes, keine 5 Minuten in Ruhe liegen und einen anderen Raum gibt es hier leider nicht. Die Saunaanlage kann nur gegen eine Gebühr von mehr als 10 Euro pro Saunabesuch in Anspruch genommen werden. Ebenso muss für den Saunabesuch rechtzeitig ein Termin vereinbart werden, an dem immer nur 6 Personen aus dem ganzen Hotel hinein dürfen. An der Außenfassade der Hotelanlage schießen einem sofort zahlreiche Schäden ins

Hotel Malin var mer yta än innehåll. Man kan ta att rum är slitna och att städ har parfymerat rummet kraftigt men dålig service och tråkigt bemötande är svårare. Den ende som log under vår vistelse var en praktikant i receptionen.

Very nice week end in Malinska again. The hotel is adequate for the price. It has seen better days but almost everything is working (safe not working, noisy service people in the corridor in the morning)

5 Star Resort

We arrived at midnight and after a quick check-In, we were escorted to our gorgeous room. Everything was new and beautiful and clean. The bed was so comfortable with beautiful white fluffy pillows and linens. The views from the terrace were breathtaking. The grounds were gorgeous. The "swimming pool" was the actual sea but was a closed off area that was perfect for kids! This hotel is perfect for families and singles and for everyone. I highly recommend.

Do Not Stay Here

All of the negative reviews are true. This place looks nothing like the photos - it was dingy and dirty. No view of the ocean even though we paid extra for it. The fixtures in our room were covered with dust/grime and there were holes in the sheets. The hotel nickels and dimes you for everything and staff members in the dining area were rude at breakfast. Cannot believe how much we paid to stay here. Like other reviewers mentioned, there was a wedding reception going on and they allowed the music to blare until early in the morning!!! Very loud to say the least and wedding guests were running around on our floor, making it impossible to sleep. Will never be back - complete waste of money.

Nothing like the pictures!

Horrible, small, dirty, ugly, old and too warm! Nothing looks like the pictures on ebooking/expedia! You are not able to get in the front of the hotel door to take your language out! Lift is too small to fit more than 3 people! You have to wait 5 minutes until it gets down!

Hotellet saknar fitness rum vilket minskar helhets omdömet. Hotellet har egen parkering mot avgift utomhus men personalen verkar föredra att gästerna använder fri parkering strax intill hotellets parkering.

bitter entäuscht!

Economy Room, Park View - so war unsere Buchung! Wir bekamen ein Zimmer zum Hof mit zerrissener Gardine und nicht funktionierendem Safe. Nach der Reklamation wurde uns ein anderes, noch kleineres Zimmer angeboten, in dem wir umzogen, um keine Zeit mit diskutieren zu verlieren. Dieses Zimmer war laut, da ein großes Abluftrohr an der Hinterseite verlief und früh am Morgen die Belieferung mit Ab- und beladeverkehr für das Restaurant war. Also haben wir entschieden doch auf das von uns gebuchte Zimmer zur Parkseite zu wechseln, damit wir ruhig schlafen können. Das Personal an der Rezeption war mit allem überfordert und sehr unfreundlich in deren Äußerungen. Verlangte tatsächlich von uns 18 € Aufpreis für das andere Zimmer, mit der Aussage, es sei unwichtig was wir gebucht haben, es ist nur ein STANDART Zimmer und zu Parkseite ist nichts frei! Da wir sofort abreisen wollten wurde die Vorgesetzte konsultiert, die gnädig entschied, dass wir doch unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen sollten. Durch das Umziehen, das warten auf das Bereitstellen andere Zimmer und die ganze Unfreundlichkeit ist uns kostbare Zeit sowie Freude an unserem Urlaub verloren gegangen! Dabei haben wir soviel mehr von einem 4* Haus erwartet... mit welcher Berechtigung hat dieses Hotel 4*?
