Convenient for the train into Barcelona or just the beach, the room was simple but clean, and the pool area great with enough sun loungers for all. The food for breakfast and dinner was varied, well cooked and good quality. Another mention for the restaurant staff, they were super and efficient. Would stay again without hesitation"

Extremely family-friendly. It's lots to do, but you need to ask the front desk about nighly activities, board and card games available, and neabrby attractions. Cons: the food was a hit or miss. "My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Lovely stay give stars. Hotel is equipped with a luggage room and showers, so very convient. It was quite a walk from the strain station when loaded with baggages, but the view was good. Very close to the beach. Staff at the bar was super friendly. Good ambience at the evening shows. I enjoyed the evening buffets very much. However the morning coffee from the machine was awful, please upgrade that if you can."

"the hotel is very good, the breakfast and dinner is super and rooms are very clean. the only unexpecting was that hotel is adults only which is good there is no children but instead you will meet lots of old people in hotel and poolside and restaurants. I won't advise for teenagers but i will book it again for my parents for sure"

"We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September and were pleasantly surprised after reading mixed reviews. We booked mainly for the splash park, knowing our 4-year-old would love it — and she did! The pools were clean, there were always sunbeds available, and the splash park was brilliant for little ones. We were full board, and the food exceeded expectations for the price. There was always fresh, varied food being cooked — great salads, fruits, veg, and changing evening dishes. Dessert options weren’t huge but always included ice cream, which my daughter loved. We didn’t use the hotel bars, but queues looked long at times. Our rooms were fine but small for three people, especially compared to our family member’s larger single room. There were some signs of wear and tear, but the lobby and pool areas look recently renovated and well cared for. The only downside was some rowdy guests — including a late-night incident where staff avoided calling police to protect the hotel’s reputation. I felt they should have prioritised guests’ safety. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a great family break — clean, fun, and far better than expected. "
