The hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The shower took a while to heat up the water, the front desk advised letting it run 15-20 minutes.
The restaurant down in the lobby has a limited selection, but the Pork and Barrel were great to sit and have a beer and is open 24hrs.
It is about 30 minutes from MLG airport but the local Uber Grab totalled about $5USD.

It is a pleasure knowing that you have a great time during your stay.
We stayed here so we can go and visit the volcano really early in the morning. It is a hotel for a quick stay.
The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything. There is a bar on the 7th floor and even though we were at the 5th floor we could here the music loud and clear. Over all the room was clean but the water took forever to warm up and it wasn't never hot.

Stayed in a room with two queen beds.
The good:
Very spacious.
Stable WiFi.
I had a balcony.
Friendly staff.
Guests (depending on your booking) are given a meal voucher worth Rp50,000 which can be used to buy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Safe neighborhood.
The bad:
Hot water is very unreliable.
There are no shower doors; during shower, half of the bathroom will get wet.
No fridge in the room.

The toilet's door is made of a-see-through-glass so whenever you want to hv a shower the other roommate has to get out.

Resepsionis kurang senyum, kurang profesional & tidak ramah. Air panas kurang maksimal. Saat itu voucher breakfast hotel yang saya tinggal di kamar hilang, lalu kontak resepsionis tidak bisa memberikan solusi dan akhirnya saya tidak bisa breakfast. Untuk sekelas hotel tsb, deposit 200rb rupiah terlalu besar. Kamar kecil, kamar mandi transparan tdk ada tirai
Klo bisa kamar mandi di kasih tirai / sticker krn yg menginap tidak semua pasangan suami istri.
Fasilitas hotel ada smart tv nya, jd kita bisa browsing via tv.

Yes, we understand that hot water for shower is very important in places like Malang.
Once again we deeply apologize for the water heater problem during your stay and we has fixed it and add additional water heater to make sure that it doesn't happen again in the future.
Tdk tersedia air panas di toilet dan saluran air mampet. Sehingga air tergenang dan toilet selalu basah.
Ruangan kamar luas dan bersih.
Suasana sangat nyaman.
Makanan utk sarapan pagi nikmat tapi variasi sayur sangat sedikit.
