When we reach there, there claim not to have receive our booking. Secondly, the room is not well prepared. No towels, no toiler paper, no tissue paper. The TV remove is faulty and worst still no wifi.

The furniture looks old but just nice. The cleanliness must be improved specially on the floor. The air-conditioning very slow and steady, but can be improved. I think the hotel need improvements and renovation in total. From outside, we also can see the building looks very old. I just like the space for car parking.

1. Acceptable breakfast menu. 2. Need more secure door lockset. 3. Lucky if you can park your car near to the hotel. 4. Don't forget to use parking coupons if you drive here. 6. Parking enforcer on duty - daily, 8am to 6pm

Dresser la liste de tout ce qui n'a pas été serait trop long... N'y allez pas, vous serez déçus de TOUT. Le petit déjeuner n'est absolument pas comme sur les photos (il n'y a pas de croissants, de céréales, de chocolat, ...) il y a des nouilles, des mini saucisses de mauvaise qualité, des haricots blancs bas de gamme et du riz froid, des concombres et des carottes râpées, du pain de mie avec deux confitures hyper chimiques et de la margarine, du café froid, et de la soupe riz ?! Horrible... Les chambres avec fenêtres sont miniscules et immondes, les murs sont dégoutants, les draps sont tachés de partout, la salle de bains est pleine de moisissures... Bref, c'est un très vieil hotel qui ne mérite absolument pas votre argent !

Seri Costa Hotel Charm

This was an impluse choice due to the nature of our trip to Melaka. We were to attend our son's convocation ceremony and being short of cash at these moment of time, we had to search for a place that's affordable, convenience and comfortable to stay. We were surprisingly pleased with Seri Costa which was both affordable and comfortable, not mentioning near to most of Melaka's highlights. We also enjoyed the breakfast spread even though the choice of food was limited but it didn't short-charged on flavours, I personally enjoyed the sambal to be eaten with the nasi goreng on my last day of stay, 11.12.16. The room was spacious and it served the purposed for guest to relax and rest after a grueling day (be it for work, events or just to enjoy the sights of Melaka). Lunch and dinner was just a walk away which offered Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisine.

Just for sleep

Staff not friendly during check in. Standard room without kettle and glass. Dirty blanket with spots of dirt. Very small room. Good breakfast. Near to Dataran Pahlawan, Menara Taming Sari and jonker walk.

Rooms without windows is too small to call it a room, its more like a box. Washroom are pathetic. avoid at all cost
