Stayed in triple room. One queen and one single bed. It was clean but very small.
The online photos of this property is not accurate.
The sheets and towels are discoloured.
The window shade is not blockout.
You can hear your neighbours in the next rooms through the walls.
Wifi doesn’t work most of the time. Except in the lobby and on the roof.
Fan, aircon and bathroom hot water work well. Plenty of toiletries provided.
The common areas are untidy, dusty, run down and not maintained.

Basic clean room
Hotel Jonker is in a good location, everywhere is walkable. Some lovely cafes on jonker street are not too far. Staff are friendly and kind. You get what you pay we needed a basic room for 2 nights at a very reasonable rate.

room small and reception not friendly, safe box not working and no room to change
It is nearby Jonker Street and the room is clean. The manager also treat her quest quite nice. The only downside is the rooftop didn't maintained well and the corridor also seems dirty. But it is still quite the budget hotel if you're looking for

Bad days we stay for 2 days tv is not working parking lot not many only 2 lot for hotels
The hotel located in the Heritage centre, on a quiet street away from the main crowd. It is only a few minutes walk to Jonker Street and other attractions, the riverwalk is 1minute away.
The hotel itself is typical Asian shoplot style, with basic furnishing. Shower is very powerful, bed is comfy but the blind is useless, it doesn't stop sunlight from coming in.
The communal area/walkway is a bit messy though as they scattered things around.
They even provide free transfer to/from Melaka central bus station. Overall it's a good stay for a budget place

Thank you for you stay in our hotel.
We will add extra channel in future cause now we had using unifi for internet.
Hope to see you again.

Located within the Malacca Jonker Street Heritage Centre., and also from a bridge access to Malacca town centre like Bunga Raya just within walking distance as well. One will require at least 2 full days to explore the whole of Malacca Heritage area and the old Portuguese forts, Dutch churches etc. All within walking distance from Hotel Hong at Jonker Street!

Excellent small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. For early risers, even had local delicacies at the front counter for guests to help themselves plus free transport to Malacca Sentral Bus Station.

Nice stay and receptionist is very friendly. Walking distance to Jonker Street. Only shower is lacking low water pressure. Otherwise is perfect for us all.

Dear,
Thanks for your stay and let us know about the water pressure low, we will look at it immediately.
The check in is fast as we are tired after a long drive.
We check in to our room at the ground floor and so no climbing of staircase is needed (there is rooms at first floor).
The staff is friendly when we asked for a hair dryer for our room.

Thank you very much for your staying in our hotel.
Hope may see you again .
I stayed at single room which is a bit small but still comfortable. Receptionists were very nice and made me felt welcomed by giving a lot of information. They even provide free ride to bus station.
The lady boss was around when we checked in, and she was very warm and gave lots of recommendations about where to eat. It was overall a good stay, the only complaint I had was the weak water flow to the shower in the evening, and the broken WiFi during the last two days of our stay.
Clean, friendly stuff and walking distance to Jonker street.
Initially I chose this hotel because of free parking.
I end up just parked the car at the hotel parking space and walk to Jonker street and near by hawker center.
I went to this hotel for 2nd time.. not to say excellent but ok la. Check in time is 2pm but they was doing housekeeping till 3pm something and we was waiting soo long at lobby. The room was not very clean maybe because they was rushing cleaning at that time. Dusty abit and our blanket dirty/dusty abit. Saturday and Sunday we can’t park our car over there because those who going to jonkerwalk will park over there. This parking is our big issue at Saturday night.Overall this hotel is nice to stay.
This was a perfect, budget-friendly, no-frills hotel. The reception was quick and painless and the room was spartan, but had everything I needed. The hotel is walking distance to just about everywhere you'd want to go. Parking is in a disheveled lot right next door that doubles as a local trash accumulation space - like most open patches in urbanized areas of Malaysia. The small burn pile smoldering outside of my window was the only thing that reinforced the second-world context of an otherwise meticulously kept interior. Bed was extra extra firm, but I slept very well. Would definitely go back again.
Centrally located in the heart of Malacca. price is great, has everything you need to be comfortable. free water and ride to the bus terminal is included, fancy hotels will charge you extra for these services.
possible chance you may be interrupted during prayer times from the big mosque across the street.
A very good choice if keeping to a budget.
Great location for getting around town on foot. One downside is because the rooms are small and compact it can be noisy at times. But all in all we would be happy to stay here again on our return to Mallaca.
we stayed there for two nights..the location was very nearby to jonker street about 2-3 minutes walk..we arrived quite late in the evening so we had to park at the private property next to the hotel and they charged us RM5 per entry..next day we managed to get parking lot along the roadside 50 meter from the hotel but that's fine..we like everything about the room, toilet is clean and bed was cozy..we didn't care much about the window view since we came back hotel late at night and went out late in the morning..our room located on ground floor and easy access to the lobby.

Bad wifi, even our room is just next to the reception?!
Our room is just next to besides the reception, can clearly hear the sounds from common area; of phone ringing, people coughing, from drinking making area
The staff are all so friendly. They have a free shuttle and offered to take me to the floating mosque at sunset. Helped me get my ticket to singapore, and take me to the bus station. Tells you where is good to go for certain foods. Very welcoming and so nice. Thank you very much for my stay
