This is my first stay at Marriot Courtyard. Reception staff were friendly. Had a wonderful experience with clean and spacious room, bed was super comfortable, Pretty good variety of buffet breakfast items. Will certainly visit again.

Modern Clean Spacious

The hotel lives up to its 5-star ranking. It’s modern, new, clean and very spacious room and bathroom. Bed is also comfortable. Perfect for a family. It has complete toiletries amenities. The location is close to main attractions and other popular food places. The pool and poolside area perfect for families - kids play in the pool and adults relaxing at the poolside area. Improvement is room to install USB ports for phone charging.

The room is spacious and clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The only downside is that the walls and doors are slightly thin, so we could hear people returning to their rooms and occasional water pipe noises.

having settled full payment via the pay now option, I expected a smooth check out, unfortunately I was charged for tourism tax which was specified during payment as paid and there was no need to pay, there seems to be some form of miscommunication between booking websites and the hotel management

Hotel is newly opened but workmanship for carpentry is found wanting. Wifi is weak. Pillows are a bit on the softer side so affected quality of sleep. Apart from that, staff are well trained and welcoming.

Needs improvement.

While the checkin was prompt and the rooms were good. Room service needs improvement. We called twice for plates and cutlery in the room and it never arrived. The room cleaning service too took a long time to arrive. It looked like they have a lack of staff when in comes to housekeeping.
