The adult-only section was incredibly generous and indulgent, and the food was a highlight—the best of the five restaurants at the resort. But what truly made our trip was the outstanding staff. They are the warmest, kindest people I have ever met. We felt so welcomed and spent our days hugging, dancing, and laughing with them. "The Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa by IHG is an absolutely stunning vacation destination. The property and its facilities are world class. I stayed here for several nights and the food was delicious, the service was impeccable and the rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable. We did have an issue with adequate parking space provided or the lack thereof. And there was a fair amount of construction and renovations going on at the time on the property which caused certain limitations and made the surroundings very accident prone (insurance liability issues here if you're travelling in a private or rental car or similar). But other than that, all around it was a tremendously pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next stay in 2026. Thank you Crowne Plaza Nadi for your warm hospitality."

"We can't fault our stay at The Terraces. We had a 2-storey, 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor overlooking the golf course. Two bedrooms with ensuites upstairs, one with a balcony, and the living area, balcony, kitchen, laundry and a toilet downstairs. It was a great option for holidaying with our teenager. There is a pool at the property and a nice little cafe. The marina and Port Denaru shopping centre are across the road. The Bulla Bus stops at reception and cost FJD12 for the day. Taxis to anywhere on Denaru Island were FJD10. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of eating options across the road. Some small aspects of the resort looked a bit tired, but this happens in the tropics, and it was always clean and tidy. There's no beach here, but you can always visit one of the other resorts for a day. "

"We felt like we were treated special every day. The breakfast team (thank you Jim) were awesome. The housekeeping team (Thank you Ana) kept our room fresh and clean every day, making little sweet towel & flower arrangements on our bed every morning. Thanks Gang, we will be back."
