"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. "Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection every morning. It had everything you could ask for on a family holiday, with beautiful pools, plenty of activities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We couldn't fault it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for families visiting Fiji!"

"The Terraces is a good stop over, it was great for two couples as we each had our own room and ensuite. Bonus was the ability to do our washing, and they kept a bag for us while we were away for a week. Only thing was that the airport transfers aren't free."
