It's the second time I'm booking this property. Overall, the experience was super pleasant. 2 regrets comparing my first journey: - the bridge to haram was closed, accessibility was reduced - super noisy because of public works

The hotel was easily accessible to the mosque. At the time of writing this, the main gate for Tawaf is gate 79, and the Sheraton is on the newly extended side, so we mainly used gate 114, there is more space to pray and less crowded and chaotic, which we preferred. The staff were particularly friendly, and always greeted with a smile no matter what time of day it was. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but were able to leave our luggage with concierge and then check in a bit later. There is a bridge that will have access to the mosque in the future, but the building work for the mosque extension has not been completed, so this is not in operation yet. But bear in mind this the extension part and not direct access to the Kaaba. The facilities, bed and room were clean and comfortable, and I would personally stay here again.

So close to Haram. Maybe a ten min walk but once the area in front of it is complete, haram is 3 min walk at max. Great breakfast. Loved the room. Would definitely stay again

Very nice property. You can tell the hotel is very well-maintained. All spaces are very clean with great fragrances. Not bad, walking distance from the holy mosque.

This on hill which is not easy to walk up when coming back from Haram it was hard walk . Going down is easy due to gravity but coming back is hard. Keep this in mind when booking.

I stayed in the Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel with my wife and brother-in-law for 5 nights from 8 November 2023 through 13 November 2023. Overall, the facility is excellent - the location is a 5 minute walk from Masjid Al-Haram and it is extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel reception was outstanding taking care of our check-in process very smoothly. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Makkah and thank the Sheraton brand for their commitment to excellence.

I had to leave a review for this hotel as it’s amazing. It is not far from the kahbah and the customer service is amazing. Everyone was eager to help us with anything we needed especially Daloar Hossain. The price is good for the very nice furnished rooms and the breakfast had everything you could ask for. Definitely 5 star worthy !!

The hotel is great. The rooms comfortable and the breakfast buffet decent. However, it is a considerable walk from the Masjid Al-Haram. The mataaf area is accessible from Gate 79 and that is easily a 10-15 mins walk - uphill on the way back. They do not have a shuttle. Only a bridge which connects to the walkway leading to the Haram.

I was with my mother and she is 80 years old I thought the hotel has shuttle or close enough but it is 7 minutes walking to the holy Mousqe which was hard for old people to go back and fourth . I had to take taxi every time to make it comfort for my mother. The construction makes the distance by taxi more longer

This hotel is in a great location and very close to the Kaaba Hotels room are very huge and clean and luxurious.. this hotel made our stay in Mecca very soothing and calm The food was great too at breakfast The staff and reception are very nice and friendly and very generous with amenities We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come to perform an ummrah
