Overall very good place in comparison to hotels inside clock tower because they cost you a fortune and are very dirty and have old furniture and you don’t feel like staying in 5 star hotel but this is very clean and nice hotel only thing is you have to take shuttle to reach haram. There shuttle is every 30 minutes to an from haram and you don’t have to wait much.

it was very good. room and shower was amazing clean and big room space. its not walking distance to haram. free shuttel bus every 30min. but from haram simetime no shuttel then we pay for taxi many time around 20-25 ryal every time . also shuttel have break daily 12:30-1:30. day and night

I have one complaint about bus driver they don’t tell us where we have to come back and she say they don’t understand what we are saying with them I’m sorry to say they speak only Arabic witchy we don’t know yet

It was one of the worst stay I ever had. No Service no housekeeping room was dirty and The carpet has a lot of stain even the floor . Reception took forever to answer when the answer they have an attitude.

For the 3 days we stayed at the hotel, they did not once clean our room. The time I complained, we had the guy come and change the towels in the bathroom and said okay I’m done. Then I argued with him to do the bed which he had no interest in doing. That’s the only service I’ve had at the hotel. Also at the breakfast buffet, the Guava juice was warm and acidic, tasted off and spoiled. I told the manager, and with attitude he tasted it and said “uh, must have been mixed with the orange juice” and did not remove it.

مستغرب من سوء النظافة!!!
استغربت من سوء نظافة الغرفة كانت جداً سيئة وحتى بطانية السرير متسخة ورائحة كريهه .. حرام يصنف 5 نجوم والله انحرجت مع اختي لأنو انا اللي حاجز لها عشان جايه عمرة .. غير كذا الاستقبال بارد وقال ماعجبك كلم التطبيق يرجع لكم المبلغ .. يعني المفترض ترقية لغرفة انظف مع شوية اعتذار لكن حتى هم سييئين .

فندق جيد في غير وقت المواسم
لاتعني ملاحظاتي أن الفندق غير جيد ولكن هذه بعض الملاحظات اتمنى تلافيها في المستقبل والعاملين في الاستقبال والأخ المصري المسؤول عن العمال متعاونين وودودين وخصوصاً الأخ حسن في الاستقبال 1- تسجيل الدخول استغرق خمس ساعات حتى جهز الجناح 2- لايتم الرد على هاتف الخدمه ولا يتم تلبية الطلبات 3- الافطار مكرر لا يجود تنوع في الأصناف فطور اسيوي رغم انه لايوجد سكان اسيويين

الفندق ممتاز ولكن ..
الفندق ممتاز جدا والخدمة فيه ممتازة ويستحق السعر بلا جدال ، ولكن للأسف الفطور لم يكن بمستوى الفندق او الخدمة ، ارجو مراجعة تقييم الفطور من قبل ادارة الفندق لتتناسب مع مستوى الفندق .

Excellent séjour Petit déjeuner varié et excellent Bus pour Haram à l’heure Le Check in est rapide et on m’a remis la chambre vers 10h00 alors que c’est normalement vers 14h00 Le sourire et l’accueil chaleureux du personnel et notamment Madame RAGHDA ( excellente) Seul bémol le personnel nettoyage des chambres certains ne parlent ni arabe ni anglais !!!
