I booked the hotel more than one month back and I paid complete price when I reached the hotel I found it completely rented for third party and the staff not available. The terrible is hotel (the website customer service) is very bad in dealing with this situation they didn’t offer another hotel and cancelled the reservation and told me that I will receive my money after 7 working days. I don’t recommend this website to anyone to book in Makkah
