"Rooms are comfortable and a good size. Kurig Coffee machine with pods was a nice touch. Location is close to restaurants, ByWard market, Parliament buildings and walking trails along the Ottawa River. Left car parked the whole time and walked everywhere. Indoor swimming pool is a bonus."

"Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was self-serve which was ok once you figured that out BUT it was weak AND bitter and mugs small that were meant for saucers with no saucers. Cream in those little capsules that spilled everywhere - lots was needed to dilute the bitter coffee. Scrambled eggs were unappetizing, and sausage was a big slice of wiener. Fruit limited to whole apple orange or banana. Long lines for making toast or waffles - especially on thanksgiving Monday - staff were...
