Amazing hotel and even more amazing staff. We were treated like royalty from the day we arrived to the day we left and the staff made sure that anything we needed was taken care of immediately. I would rank the hotel as five star in terms of the rooms and shared spaces. Rooms were spacious, clean and nice views. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone planning a trip to Amalfi coast.

Right across from the port and steps from the beach. We enjoyed the private beach club. Breakfast was lovely, it was nice to be able to order fresh eggs and pancakes! Rooms were very clean, I have no idea how they keep everything so white. TV is equipped with streaming platform options which is always nice. Lovely rain shower. Service was excellent, everyone was so kind and would always help me with my bag.

Very convenient location. From the port, 100 mts away, you can take the boat to Amalfi or Salerno. Better option than the bus which most of the time will not stop at Maiori because it's already full.

Overall, the property is located in a central area, just steps away from the main avenue. The neighborhood is quite peaceful (there is hardly any activity or people around during the day, likely due to the low season). However, I believe the hotel could be in better condition. Room cleanliness needs improvement, as there were stains on the sheets and mold in the shower. Additionally, there was no soap or shampoo provided. Finally, the pool is nonexistent. The photo of a pool with a beachfront bar should be removed, as it’s misleading.

I do not have enough great things to say about this property. The staff is pleasant and so helpful; they helped us book our taxi back to the Naples airport at the end of the trip for a reasonable price. They cleaned our room and brought new towels daily. The breakfast provided each morning was fantastic and it was so convenient that we didn't need to buy that one meal every day of our trip (not that food in the area was necessarily expensive at all). Having the beach so close to the hotel was fantastic, and the beach crew were so kind as well. My friend and I felt so taken care of by a professional, helpful, and pleasant hotel staff here at Hotel San Francesco and I will continue to come back to this place for the rest of my life. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Hotel San Francesco!!!
