"Staff was lovely, but there was no closet in my room, there was also no dresser. It was super weird that there was nowhere to put my clothes. Room and bathroom was very dark. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold. "

"Completely self managed technologically advanced marvel. Unique and memorable. Self accessed free storage lockers were a godsend. Easy walk to the bus stop and quick $3 ride to Downtown. Interactive HD TV, hundreds of channels. If ever wanting to see a band at Basement East again would book at the Russell in a heartbeat."

"Rooms dingy/dark and felt unclean as a result. Parking is expensive for an unsecured/unmonitored lot. Elevators broken so forced to use stairs and they put our rooms on separate floors in the same party/reservation. Pool was closed as was fitness center. Overall, felt to be in a lot of disrepair. We would not stay here again. "

"Everything about this hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The beds are super comfortable. The standard rooms are HUGE and super clean. The employees are super friendly. They have Starbucks in the lobby, and a restaurant that has amazing food. They are located across from the airport and you can watch the airplanes coming and going.
