"I was not satisfied with my stay! I had better expectations for the hotel and will not book this hotel a second time! Our heater in the room was not working. The staff at the reception were rude and did not make our party feel welcomed! "

The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for resting after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best of Times Square without the chaos!"

"The hotel rooms were clean, but old and had very less accessories or features. Not much of facilities, only mark goes to the staff who were nice and 100% location. It on the Time Square which is like 2 mins walk. Full marks just for the location."

Called maintenance a couple of times and the GM who offered to change the room at least. Very cool property, but unfortunately the type of people that stay there and the staff make it a bad experience."
