"Staff was wonderful!"

"We were sceptical after all the other reviews on other platforms we read about the smoking sensors being triggered when no one was smoking in the rooms and being charged $500, we are non smokers so we were concerned by these reviews, but I am glad to report all was fine. We had a fab stay here, the bedrooms were clean spacious and comfortable (king city view). We were on 12th floor it was a little noisy Saturday evening but fine after that. The roof top bar was great and gave some good views....

"The rooms are very clean along with all the property. Staff is very nice and helpful I accidentally booked the wrong room and luckily they had a room available to switch me to with no problems. The pool was very well kept and a nice area, The breakfast was great. there are a couple of fast food restaurants very close to where you don't even have to drive but walk to. It was a quiet night, didn't here any other guests the whole time I was there"

"If you want a quiet, historical experience, then this is the venue. It's not new, shiny - but that is not why you go there. It is a beautiful Tudor-style hotel, with old fixtures, antique windows, and the charm of a storybook castle. The innkeeper is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. We missed peak colors by a week or two and are considering a quick trip back! Buffet breakfast was just right."
