"This has got to be one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels I have stayed at in a while. Will definitely stay again when we are up this way!"

"The staff were very helpful - answered question. I checked in a day early, didn't have to move to another room. The only thing I found questionable was that the continental breakfast wasn't free and the choices were limited. I had coffee and a danish and yogurt for $18. Was not displeased with that."

"If you want a quiet, historical experience, then this is the venue. It's not new, shiny - but that is not why you go there. It is a beautiful Tudor-style hotel, with old fixtures, antique windows, and the charm of a storybook castle. The innkeeper is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. We missed peak colors by a week or two and are considering a quick trip back! Buffet breakfast was just right."

"When the manager saw how much luggage we had he moved our room closer for our convience. So thoughtful!"

"We didn’t do breakfast. Staff is very nice and efficient. Some construction going on in the lobby, but didn’t disturb anyone. Nice stay we would recommend. "
