"Let’s start with some of the staff, especially in the buffet restaurant the attitudes with some of them I don’t know if they hate their job then I was limited to be able to access the gym only from 7 AM to 10 PM. The food was horrible breakfast buffet was the only half decent thing. they need to shut down that Italian restaurant they served me a piece of grouper. It tasted like they dumped the whole bottle of salt on it."

"We had a three bedroom unit and loved the spaciousness. We traveled with our two adult children and everyone had their own space which was so nice. We loved the proximity to the airport and being able to watch incoming and departing planes daily. It was also nice to be within very short walking distance of a well stocked market as well as many shops, restaurants, and bars. The beach was beautiful and the water so clear (no seaweed here!). "The property was in an excellent location. Best location on the entire island with wonderful views of the ocean and watching the airplanes land. Great views from the 5th floor veranda. The food at the Hotel was expensive but pretty good. The food was better at both nearby restaurants. The SandBar and Sunset Bar and Grill were a step above and better priced. Tortuga which is located just a block or so on the other side was also excellent! The town of Maho also has a grocery store so you can stock...

"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave. Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars...

"Check out is at 11am, so I request ONE hour to go direct to the airport and they can't, in MOST of the hotels the standard C/O is 12m. Clean but not well kept. The attention is the worse part, I strongly recommend to teach about how care the guests."
