"Mohammed at the concierge he is very kind and helpful like other staff, he speaks English well and find a solution to all your needs. My room #3002 everyday there is a toilet smell coming from the kitchen area. Couch in the living room area is dirty and not comfortable. Bathroom curtain is old and dirty, no shampoo and water is yellow. I have a nice sea view from the balcony which helps you to forget all these negative thoughts. WIFI is terrible everywhere in hotel. I hope they add more modems for wife and call a plumber to remove the smell. It was a bad experience to wake up with that smell everyday."

"Good budget place. My 3rd stay here that meets my needs. I spend most of the days on the boat so don't need a luxury Free access to the Seashell beach across the road. Must say the management changed since I stayed there and I could notice it. Would probably stay there again"

"The staff here are always amazing. Both Sarah and Wafaa are incredibly helpful and always so willing please. I was leading a large group of 28 divers and we used the hotel as a base both before and after our diving Liveaboard. I even made a mistake in dates at one point and the ladies came to the rescue working hard to fit us all in. Love the amenities and for a diving group this is a perfect rest spot. We are simple folk that don’t require much luxury but we do like to feel comfortable and safe. Our priorities are cleanliness, comfortable beds, good showers and swimming pools are a bonus. The only thing that I would add here is that the WIFI could do with a serious boost. Maybe drop a bunch of cheap wireless mesh repeaters around the property and beef up the bandwidth. Nonetheless it was still a perfect stay for us and all the divers were super happy. Close to lots of dining options and tucked a small way through their entrance and private courtyard meant that we did not endure much of the insane horn honking and nobody bothering us. Super safe and again, massive blessings to all the staff for taking care of us. We were a mixed group of British, Norwegian, American, Finnish, Icelandic and a few other countries military combat veterans on a specialized expedition for diving to help heal from PTSD and combat trauma. We appreciated everything that was provided for us."
