"The Staff at Trident hotel Chennai love their job. I found them all courteous, helpful and very willing to answer all my questions. This was my first visit to Chennai this April 2024. I stayed between 04/24 -04/28. During this time the hotel Concierge recommended me to the best tourist sights including shopping areas. This is an establishment where the employees love their job and give their very best to their guests. Thank you to everybody at Trident who made my first visit to Chennai a beautiful experience !!"

"Second visit to this hotel during a transit through Chennai. It is extremely good value, the staff all hard working and attentive. The buffet food is fantastic and the free airport transfer for the short journey makes this a place to spend even just a few hours for your flight connections."

Food and dining was truly commendable with a fantastic buffet spread which is serviced by a very courteous and professional team. Special thanks for all the hot South Indian delicacies from the live station. It is a heritage hotel with separate wings based on Indian, Colonial and Oriental themes which is very well curated.
