"Always clean rooms always doing there best to make sure the guests especially the guests who are "between" stable housing are accommodated to the best the can . Lowering rates If possible If guests are a little short being flexible at times when they are slow . House keepers are great they always make sure your room Is the cleanest they can be . Guests please don't forget to tip the front desk and the housekeepers ! Especially if they went out of there way to make you more comfortable or save you money or give a heads up about future dates that are all booked . "

"Russell warning greeted me, gave me dining suggestions, and looked up my rewards details that i didn't readily have. The need was comfy with no hump (common at many hotels). The hvac system was quiet and the room got very dark both of which i want fire good sleeping. Great all round hospitality. I'll be back. "
