Staff went above and beyond with our emergency and shipped our passports back to us overnight! The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer on the second floor, the room was very clean, and the staff answered my call on the first ring when I had trouble with the keypad. The place is a super close walk to the Airlink 100 airport bus stop but is a little difficult to find at first since there are no overhead signs. "Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Walk one minute to sister hotel for evening meal. In the heart of city centre. My only negative was room 4127 is an accessible room but to get to bath room, the door opens out and blocks the path to toilet, if you are in a wheelchair."

"This year i had a problem with the heating. Reception helped me get it switched on but it went off at night around 8pm & i was cold. I think the timef needs adjusted."
