Also close walk to old town and the royal mile. Good proximity to restaurants and attractions. We walked to Leith but the tram goes right there. I walked everywhere. "Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Free guest laundry which was great for my long stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
