"After several island hopping stops in the Philippines, Panja Resort was the most memorable. I might categorize this property as a medium sized full service hotel. The front desk: Hana, Kath, Joann and Kaye went above and beyond to help us schedule tours and planning. No one ever helped us as much as this wonderful group. I also want to acknowledge Kat in the restaurant. She extended superior customer service despite not the best behavior of our 2 year old. She is truly a special person. Thank you everyone for the stay. "

"Very nice stay that ticked all the boxes with a pool, airport shuttle, breakfast buffet. A bonus was that they had an evening buffet and entertainment! They also had a spa. "

"Staff have been amazing. I forgot his name but the van driver was very polite and very professional, soft spoken and well- mannered. JC on the front desk was always funny and very welcoming and helpful. To the maintenance guy that sorted our air-conditioning for 2 nights, bless him, he was very patient and very professional. To the girls in the restaurant, lovely smile in the morning to greet us for breakfast is a very nice experience. The guards by the main entrance are very polite and well mannered. We truly enjoyed our short stay 4D/3N. The staff running the place are exceptional, truly the face of Filipino world class hospitality. The location was amazing. So many good places to eat, our favourite being the Ka Lui Restaurant, it is similar to Subo of Boracay. We love Puerto Princesa and Best Western Plus-The Ivy Wall made it extra special. Thank you everyone."

"Service here was excellent - one worker even chased us down the road to make sure we knew the right way to get to where we were going! Really nice and quiet location and really close to Baker’s Hill. Spotless room with nice A/C and a spacious bathroom. Excellent establishment!"

"This is the best hotel i have stayed in while living in the Philippines for 10 years It is very well maintained big garden super clean and ALL amenities work the owners have decorated the rooms with some beautiful artworks Nice breakfast menu and buffet Sunday pm Boule Ping-Pong and great indoor huge pool to keep you fit Close to City Centre.
